Business Debt Register International Ltd (BDR) provides a platform for businesses to independently register unpaid invoices. All debts registered must be registered by a company or business that is registered with the Irish Companies Registration Office and attributed to a company or business that is also registered with the CRO.
BDR users that register debts are responsible for managing and updating any debt that they have registered. BDR Ltd does not modify debt register entries.
In the event that BDR is contacted by a debtor to dispute an entry on the register, BDR will contact the owner of the entry and notify them that it is being disputed.
BDR Ltd is not responsible for information provided by users when registering a debt. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any information given is true and accurate. Any user found to be registering false or misleading information will be removed from the system and may face legal proceedings.
Debts, once registered, will remain on the register even after it has been satisfied and paid. The status of the debt will be updated by the user to reflect that it has been paid but it will still remain visible on the register.
BDR Ltd has the ability to hide entries should it become necessary, such as in the case of disputes or court proceedings. This is solely at the discretion of BDR Ltd when the company feels it is necessary to do so.
Each company registered with BDR will have a designated contact within their company to manage the user account.
Credits, once purchased, cannot be refunded. Should any issue arise where credits are used but technical issues are experienced, any credits used can be returned to the user’s balance.
